Today I went to curves for 30 min. and then went for my walk. I am holding
steady at doing 3.5 miles in 1 hr. I stick to that for a few weeks then I'll
start pushing myself again. I thought I was going to do good at weigh in this
month but now I'm scared. In June my doctor put me on thyroid meds and some
days I just swell my feet and hands we're still try to get it regulated. So
today I have drank a lot of water that usually helps my feet are going down
and so are my hands so I'll stick to drink lots and lots of water till Friday
morning and maybe I'll be back to normal.
Exercise - curves & 3.5 mile walk = 374 calories burned or 6 pts
Food
Breakfast -1 cup Bran cereal with med banana, 1 cup 1% milk, 6oz OJ
Lunch - 5oz Chopped Sirlion, 1 cup green bean, 1/2 cup of sliced canned
potatoes, 1 LF crescent roll.
Supper - Lean cuisine chicken enchilada and rice dinner, 1/2 green beans &
1/4 cup potatoes left over from lunch.
Snack 2 small tootsie rolls,1/2 cup jello salad
and lots and lots of water and tea no sugar
Calories 1311 or 24 pts of the 26 I'm allowed. I am not trying to eat my pts
I earn for exercise.

until you get your medication adjusted, remember that eating healthy now
will help your body to function better so when it is time your body will be
better prepared to lose, Lee
