Exercise & Food 10/27/05

Its a beautiful day here and is suppose to be for awhile. This morning I made
a pot of bean soup so that I didnt have to cook anymore today and could stay
outside most of the day. Still working on fences and  this evening hopefully
I get to start fall cleaning on kitchen. I have to many projects started at
once. And when its so nice outside its hard to keep me in. Walked 3 miles
also. Calories burned 443 about 8 pts

Food Breakfast - 1 cup Bran, 1 cup 1% milk, 1 cup OJ, 1 med banana

Lunch - 2 Cups bean soup ( Beans, 99% FF ham , Lots Onions, Rotelle tomatoes,
and lot of seasonings., 2 (1"x2")pieces of cornbread.

Supper - Home alone Left overs 2 cups bean soup

Calories 1345 / 27 pts
