Well as you all know I've been on the fall cleaning spree. today I Got the
dining room and Kitchen done. So tomorrow I just do a few finishing touches
to things and then I will be done cleaning and can get back to my daily
routine. I didnt go to curves at all this last week. So that is my first
thing to do tomorrow morning. I also haven't been doing as much walking this
week. So that is also on my schedule for tomorrow.

I enjoy the walking for the quit time it gives me. I put my walkman on with
my favorite music and tune everything else out. The exercise it gives me is
just a side benefit.

Exercise - Cleaned for about 6 hrs today. 618 calories Pts earned 18.

Food
Breakfast - 1 banana, 1 cup bran, 1 cup 1 % milk, 1 cup OJ
Lunch - But on a pot of stew ( Carrots, celery, potatoes, Onions, and some
lean stew meat)
2 cups for lunch

Supper 2 cups of stew, turkey sandwich

Total calories 1420 / 28 pts
