My poor DH has been working 12 hrs a day 7 days a week for the last 2 weeks
and will do at least one more week. It's been the night shift to. So I been
fixing our main meal at lunch and then eating supper alone. Yesterday I took
off about 9 am and went Christmas shopping. I didn't get home until 9pm. Went
by myself sometimes I enjoy that. I go where I want to go.
Today was my DH birthday so I fixed him what ever he wanted. Gave him a day
off of his diet. He loves snickerdoodle cookies and chex mix. So I made 2
batches of cookies (ate 2) and 2 batches of chex mix. Packed them all up and
sent them to work with him to share with all the guys that have also been
working lots of hours.
And that way the cookies are not her to tempt me but he can still enjoy his
birthday.

Thurs.
Exercise - shopped till I dropped. Walked alot of course I always park at the
end of the parking lot so I have a good walk to and from the car. I was
curious to how many calories a person burned for 12 hrs of shopping. Fit day
says 893, I think thats about 17 WW pts. I did not use them.

Food.
Breakfast - 1 med banana, 1 cup 1 % milk, 1 cup OJ, 1 cup Bran.

Lunch - Grilled chicken wrap with ff dressing and 10 tortilla chips.

Supper - I didnt eat till 8pm so I didnt eat an actual meal. I had a med.
apple and 12oz of FF choco milk, bottle of water. While driving home.

Total calories 1261 - 25 pts of my 26.

Friday
Exercise - walked 3 miles at a rate of 4 miles per hr. Calories burned 137
pts earned 2.

Food -
Breakfast 1 med banana, 1 cup corn chex ( i had them out to make chex mix), 1
cup milk, 4 oz OJ

Lunch - Ribeye steak grilled, 10 tator tots, 1/4 c corn.
2 snickerdoodles

Supper- 1 cup strawberries, 1 med banana, 1 med apple ( fruit salad)
1 cup cottage cheese.

Total calories 1363 or 27 WW pts used of the
26 allowed pts + 2 activity pts =28pts

We all calculte these points differently.  I have never thought that I
earned points  shopping yet I am a power walker and power shopper.  I
don't count housework or gardening either.  I just try to stick to my
points range and use activity points only from planned exercise.

I don't count them either. I had never calculated them before and was just
curious.  The only time I count any kind of house work, is like a couple of
weeks ago I took all my curtains down and wash windows inside and out, so I
was up and down the ladder alot.  Then I moved all the furniture and
shampooed carpets. I worked at these projects for about 8 hrs with very
little break time so I counted just 2  extra on those days but not all. The
only gardening pts I count is sometimes I use my push mower and get my
walking in at the same time. I'll push mow where theres a good straight area
where I can really walk fast and get a little bit of a work out.
