As an alternative to pumpkin pie, this is 1 point for 1 cup
Mix the following:

28 oz. can pumpkin pie filling
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
1 8 ounce container fat free Cool Whip
1 4 ounce package sugar free jello instant vanilla or butterscotch
filling

Mix with spoon or whisk.  Refrigerate and enjoy.  It is great if you
need a sweet pick me up during the holiday season. You can halve the
recipe too.

They now have sugar free cheesecake jello pudding.  I use that and it
is magnificent.

I bought it at my local grocery store, called HEB.  I also saw it at
the Walmart Supercenter, where they also sell food.  It's Jello
Pudding brand.

I have to try that one.  It sounds yummy.  The fluff has helped me curb
my desire for something sweet this week.  I have been cooking different
things every day since Sunday and had the munchies.  The fluff and a
nice cup of tea are quite satisfying.
