Yesterday I went to my nephew's basketball game. They are really improving.
They both are in 6 th grade. They came home with me and so did my 7 yr old
nephew. My sister and her husband wanted to go christmas shopping. So my
exercise for the day was taking them to the arcade at the mall for a couple
of hours and then we went bowling for 2 1/2 hrs. Why they played I walked.
We had a lot of fun. We also went to subway to eat out. I didnt get home till
mid-night.
Today I spent the entire afternoon and evening carrying all the christmas
decoration out of the attic. I got my tree up and decorated, all the inside
decorations up and then packed all the empty stuff back upstairs to the attic.
No to get the porches decorated.
Sat.
Exercise - 30 min walk in the mall, 2 1/2 hrs bowling - Calories burned about
420 calories or 6 activity pts.
Food - 1 banana, 1 cup bran, 1 cup milk, 6 oz OJ
Lunch - 4 oz roast, 4 small carrots, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 brown gravy
( as much of the fat skimmed off as possible)
Supper - 6 inch sub from subway.
Total calories 1682 - 34 pts
26 allowed pts + 6 activity pts = 32
My flex pts restarted Sat morning so I used 2 of the 35.
Sun.
Exercise - decorating the house worked all day claimed a lot of stairs.
Food -
Breakfast - 1 cup Oj
Lunch - 2 cup lipton soup salsa chicken noodle, 1/2 cup crushed ff tortilla
chips, 1 grilled cheese ( ff cheese)
Supper - 1/2 cottage cheese, 1 cup whole strawberries, 3 small carrots, 1 lf
ham sandwich with ff cheese.
Total calories 1402 or 28 pts
