I am pleased to report that I "barely" lost the .5 this week to make my 40
pound loss this week.
It was close, as I looked to be up this week as of last night, but my
metabolism kicked in for me this morning.
I upped my calories as of last Monday from the WW guideline to the CK
recommended amounts, so I'm focusing on holiday maintenance as of today. Be
nice to lose some more, but I will take it daily for now.
So, my goal is to weigh the same on 1/2/06 as I do today. From that point, I
will resume active losing again.

Glenn, my goal is no more than two pounds at the most from what I am
this week. Congratulations on your loss. Forty pounds is a huge
accomplishment.
