Exercise & Food 11/22/05

This morning was spent straightening up around the house getting ready for
Thanksgiving. This afternoon my husband finally had a day off so I got some
much needed help with my animals. I have 17 nannies and a billy goat, they
have been needing wormed and their hooves trimmed. This can be quit
challenging, they can be hard to hold. We spent 4 1/2 hrs wrestling goats to
the ground. Fitday didnt have a catagories for wresting goats :)))). So I
chose something that I thougt would be close in intensity and it said I
burned 682 calories. On my WW Point finder I used light activity for 4 hrs it
said about 12 pts earned.

Tomorrow I'm going into my sisters, she's wanting help to hang some new
curtains and change the boy's bedrooms around. She is my baby sister and you
can tell she's quit spoiled and she knows I can't tell her no any easier than
I can my kids. I'm weak.

I put my no-bake cookie recipe in Master Cook. The original recipe calls for
milk, butter, and peanut butter. I use LF margarine, LF peanut Butter, and
skim milk. Heres the difference. I make them small enough to get 30 cookies
per batch. I can not taste the difference and nobody has ever noticed.

original has 139 calories, 6 grams of fat, 3 protein per cookie
Lf recipe has 124 calories, 4 grams of fat, 3 protein per cookie.
Not a huge difference but every little bit helps

Exercise - Wrestling goats

Food
Breakfast. - 1 cup OJ and 3 small no bake oatmeal cookies ( I use skim milk
and LF butter, and LF peanut butter in these)

Lunch- 1 cup Progesso 99 FF chicken noodle soup, 1 grilled cheese(lf wheat
bread, ff cheese, ff bologna, spray butter) 1 cup strawberries

Supper - 1.5 lemon pepper cod fillet, 2 cups steamed, cauliflower, broccoli,
carrots, , with 1 oz of light velveeta and skim milk melted , 1 cup FF lemon
mousse(my version, FF lemon pudding with 1/2 small container of FF Cool whip,
whip together and top with 4 sliced up strawberries)

Total calories 1254 or 25 pts
allowed 26 pts
didnt use any flex pts or activity pts today.

good work, have you compared the labels on the 2 kinds of  peanutbutter,
when we did I freaked at the amount of sugar in the lite version, We did
find a product called "better'n peanut butter that was about half the points
and would work excellent in cookies, we got it at trader Joe's, Lee
