There are people out there who love to look up links for others. I will
if I know the person or know of the specific link. Thank heavens Google

Again, asked politely, and from someone who obviously looked and didn't find
OR someone I know doesn't have a clue about online research ANYTIME..
But a stranger showing up with a "recipe please" post.. nuh huh.. ask
nicely.. tell me you tried and didn't find..
