Hi Fellow Losers,
Well I stepped on the scales this morning with trepidation and could hardly
belive my eyes - a two pound loss!  Had to get off and on again a few times
just to make sure!  After 7 weeks at the same weight it feels like a
breakthrough.
Good luck to all this week and Happy Thanksgiving to those in the US.

Well, after a month at the same weight, I went UP a pound this week!
:(  Still, I went DOWN and inch round the hips, so it's not all bad!

Well done for the two pounds off!  :)
