There's a difficult situation at work that has stressed me to no end the
last week and half.. and today was the end (where I am concerned) of the
whole thing.

Met the last person I had to talk to to clarify things and it went well..
waters are still rough, but I'm not in them anymore (not that I should have
been in the first place.. *sigh*)

Anyway.. all this to say that I feel like the weight of the world has just
been lifted from my shoulders.. I made spicy 0 pts soup. My tummy finaly
feels kinda ok (food poisoning yuck) and I'm working out in the morning (if
I ever go to bed).

I wanna concentrate on me, my plan, enjoy my husband and dog and cat, and
not worry about internal politics, cat fights and all that kind of stuff !

You know I grew up with two brothers, always worked mostly with men, and
generally am the only girl (or one of a few) in my group of friends...

I just don't do well working with a bunch of women.. I just don't understand
the whole ranking thing.. I don't want to be the top b@tch.. I just want to
do my job.. *sigh*

I can totally empathize there.  I am the same way though now I'm in a female
dominated career and work mostly with women. Luckily I am also in a job that
I can pretty much be left alone to do my own thing most of the time, but it
took years and leaving administration to do so.

What do you add to the zero points soup to make it spicy? That stuff is
so bland!

You can always add hot sauce.  I add tomatoes with jalapenos.

I use ground cumin in my butternut squash soup, or Old bay Seasoning (I
had a box from a friend, and it's great).

In my Singapore Soup I use chinese 5 spice mix and soy sauce.

Spice kinda come to mind ;op

Seriously, I put in a cup (for a full crockpot) of FF spicy salsa (from
costco) and a cup of hot and spicy V8. I also put in a lot of chili powder
(zesty) and pepper flakes.

I don't follow the official WW recipe either. The 0pts soup is any FF broth
with vegetables.. and whatever spices you wanna put in.

Another version I make is with canned italian tomatoes, andI add italian
herbs to it. Less spicy, but very good.

I also make a homey one with barley and cumin and rosemary.
