Hey gang,
Down THREE POUNDS this week! Woo-Hoo! I've needed a loss like this.
January is tough after a mess up Nov/December holiday season.
Three pounds down, 17 more to go for "The Promise" production date.
I changed my check-in day to Saturday and it helps keep me on track
through the week.

plateau since September. Maybe changing the day is a good idea.
