I took an hour walk with my dog, went and lifted weights (upper body) and
added 2 more lifts to my routine, I ate great all day, kept my snack to
healthy stuff and ate only 1 pts over my target (I got plenty of WPA left)
:o) Today is the last day of my "week" and all in all it went well, not
perfect, but it's one of the good ones !!
Now I need to up the Cardio, walk more and cook ahead more.

I'm envious. I haven't been able to get much activity in this week due to
bronchitis. I finally got to the gym this morning and found they just
painted it yesterday and the fumes were too overwhelming because I'm still
sick. I came home and did some yoga instead once I could breathe.
I *am* spending the day cooking ahead though :)
