All natural and it's about 3 points if I ate the whole entire canister (they come in a Pringles-style tube) They totally satisfy my sweet tooth and have the *crunch factor* My local grocery store clearanced them at 2 for $1.00 and I cleared them out LOL. I doubt they will have them as they only have a limited amount of foodstuff in that store. I'll have to look in a couple of the other grocery stores here. There are at least three others that may carry them. Although we don't have this actual brand here, we have Olafson's Soft Tortilla's http://www.olafsons.com/, basically the same sort of thing. They are about 3 points for one whole tortilla and are round and about 10 inches across. I buy them quite often, in fact have a package in the cupboard right now. I also buy whole wheat pita pockets. 1/2 of one is 2 points. Lately for breakfast I've been scrambling 1 egg and 1 egg white, then melting 1/2 oz. extra old cheddar into it, a sprinkle of salt & pepper, then stuff it all into 1/2 a pita pocket for 5.5 points. Very filling and very tasty! > it is actually called FLATOUT" bread, in our Wal-Mart it is by the > deli/bakery counter, six in a package, for $2.00 and worth every penny, [quoted text clipped - 7 lines] > pizza, >> > and a large piece is 1 point, so cool, Lee your breakfast sounds wonderful, also a place I would put those mushrooms DH doesn't like, and the flatout bread is so good tasting I am really starting to like whole wheat better and better, Lee > I just did a google search and I now know what you're flatout bread is. > Although we don't have this actual brand here, we have Olafson's Soft [quoted text clipped - 19 lines] > > pizza, > >> > and a large piece is 1 point, so cool, Lee > Have you guys ever had the whole wheat flatout bread, excellent for pizza, > and a large piece is 1 point, so cool, Lee i use a similar wrap called "roll-up" and it's 2 pts for the wrap. it looks the same as the flatout bread too. i will check wal-mart for that. where can you be that it's 40 miles to a grocery store and you must shop at Wal-mart?? just very curious, If you look on a map I am on HWY 55 in IL, I live in a town of 200, no grocery here at all, 3 miles 1 way is a Casey's and a store they "call an IGA" but its nasty and over priced, I will NOT purchase from a store that habitually sells things out of date or moldy. 3 miles the other way there are 2 gas/quick stores, nothing there but junk and nothing non fat. next closest is 18 miles away Wal-Mart aldis, back in the first direction, including bad roads, Wal-Mart, and Kroger, and I think that upon reflection that is about 28 miles away, fine if its not too snowy or hot for the ride and getting the food home safe, then when you really want to shop you go 40 miles to Springfield IL, Wal-Mart, Sam's, Jewel, Meyers, Schnooks, Aldis, several meat markets and a produce market in the summer.
