I am Catholic and only eat bread and water on fridays, what should do
about reaching my total points for the day?

Sylvia,
I would not worry about hitting the POINTS for that day due to religious
purpose. As long as you hit them the other days, one day under per week
isn't going to sabotage your plan.

I am too! You know that we really just have to avoid meat (excpet on
March 17th :)). But if you do choose to do this, whole wheat bread is
only 1 point per slice (and will "keep things going" by introducing
some fiber), and nonfat butter spray 0 for a few squirts, and water 0 -
you should be just fine.
