Week 5 weigh-in

Well another small loss but a loss all the same. Down another 0.8 (yes Joe I
changed my sig :-) I did really bad with water this week and seem to have
problems staying away from salty foods esp at the end of the week :-( But
still going in the right direction at least. Going to do much better with
water and up the exercise this week as I only managed 3 days this week (but
at least 30-45 min each of those times).

Good loss.  Try drinking water with a straw or else from bottles. For me
it is easier to finish a bottle than when I have it in a glass.  Too
many mind tricks :)

Thanks. I know I'll probably gain at some point for a weekly WI and am
trying to not obsess about each week being 2 pounds down...I bought a pretty
bottle so maybe to entice me to drink more LOL!
