IFFC : stayed the same. OK for me. I was OP but very stressed. Got new medicine for my tension headaches and migraines, but it made me sick... So I decided I needed a break and took a few days off. I 'm off to London to see my sister, who is still in hospital but doing better. She was allowed to eat today and she had 2 tablespoons of yoghurt :-)) Soooo... I 'll try to stay OP in London, which will be pretty hard. But the hotel I booked has a swimming pool, so I know where I 'll be in the evenings!
