Weight loss is simply a matter of eating less.  "Diets" are things created
by companies like WW and authors for profit at the expense of overweight
people.

I couldn't agree with you more.  I spent thousands over the last 11
years trying to lose weight.  I have every size in my closet, from
losing and gaining over and over again.  I gave up and just tried my
best day to day.  It is a matter of eating less, eating healthy and
being active.
I wanted to share with you a company I have found that has made a hugh
difference in my life.  It is Herbalife.  I almost didn't try it
because I told myself I wouldn't spend any more money on diets.  The
difference I found is that Herbalife is about overall health and
nutrition, the weightloss is an added bonus.  I had headaches, back and
joint aches and chronic fatigue as well as being 100 lbs over weight.
All of the sches and pains and the fatigue are gone!  And I began to
lose weight, 19 pounds in a month.  The best part about it (besides the
life changing results) is that it is inexpensive and not a chain like
WW etc.  It is ran by independent distributors.  And they have a
discount options.   They are dedicated to making a change in everyones
overall health and nutrition.  Check it out at www.lifelongnewu.com  I
believe this is the answer, this is the direction we all need to go.

I think it is hilarious. I wonder if we could somehow encourage some more
spam masters to respond to George?
