Any suggestions? Glad to make my own (Will have to learn to cook sooner or
later... ;-p)

But... how do I make them????

I promise I'll think of a great  ITALIAN  low fat receipe to post and thank
you all.... :-))))

Look for recipes that don't use butter or a lot of sugar.  That's why
sourdough bread is low in points.

Sorry...forget most of you are American not English... yep, I meant
cookies...

I really need something sweet esopecially when I'm really tired of
studying...keeps me concentrated...

Lee...wish  I was culturally challenged today.... :-))))

go to the WW website, sign on for the free part, they have some really good
recipes, a chocolate chip recipe and a meringue that is good, also the
German chocolate cake that is 5 points a piece is excellent, good luck with
the studies, Lee
