read he should not be named's idiotic post.  I'm a lifetime member

me what I can and cannot eat.

Hey Audrey!

That's why I think WW will work for me.  I can eat what I want and no foods
are off limits.  It's up to all of us to make the right choices and to keep
indulgence in check.

Now, can I have a bite too!!! I promise to count the points!!!......hehehe

I was thinking that yesterday as I was cooking up a storm for the week.  Now
that it's track and field season I'll be gone most afternoons/evening so I
need to plan meals in advance.  I made these great 1 pt chocolate treats
with brownie mix and fiber one cereal.  I also made some of my favorite
"comfort food" for lunches with substitutions that make it more than
comforting, it's downright healthy.

All the while I was getting rid of clothes that are too large on me and
digging out sleeveless stuff that I never would have considered wearing
without a jacket in the past.  This of course was after waking up and
hitting the golf course first thing.  It's nice to have a life.  Some people
(like the one you mention) should actually try it.

I think its great you have a life, got rid of clothes, exercised and cooked
in advance... but could you NOT suggest that people like that get a life...
means if they do they might create another one and that would be wrong, Lee

True to a point.  You're assuming it could attract a member of its opposite
sex.  There might not be enough alcohol in the northern hemisphere for that.

as low a life form as it appears it could self procreate, I am sure it has
enough practice anyway, Lee
