Hey Lee!.....after discussions with my doctor and a couple of trainers at my
gym, they all feel that because I doing heavy weight training, that by the
time I get down to goal, 180 is more realistic than 153 as shown in the BMI
charts for my height....
Hey, all I care about is that I remain and look healthy!.........well, let
me confess......I'm also hoping to sport a SPEEDO on the beach to show off
all my new muscles!!! hehehehahahaha!!!!! just kidding!
when I get down to 180, if I need to go further, I will ......I'm in this
for life, not just for the short term weight loss!

the reason I asked is that it seems to be the hardest thing to deal with
next to actually losing the weight, seems that many have emotional issues
attached to that number, also seems you are taking a practical approach, Lee
