Todays project at work involved me climbing up and down stairs, moving
furniture, bending and twisting, and constantly moving for three hours.
(4 pt per hr) Total 12

Do I claim them all or is it like fiber?

BTW, my normal activlty is 15 - 30 minutes every other day.  (Wk 2)
It will increase to every day.

I love to use the WW 12 week trackers.  I just write them down on the
same page that I track my food points.

write them down as you eat them even if you carry a scrap of paper then do
it at the end of the day, I record mine on tape during the day if not home
then put them on the WW on line journal, Lee

my leader would say no you only get 4 to eat per day, but the website allows
you to eat all of them before you get into the flex points, so I say eat
what you think you need to and let the rest go, Lee

The program rule is that if you earn them you can eat them....

I'm busting my butt too hard to burn calories to turn around and eat them
all..

I have to eat every one or I stall, but this is why WW works so well,
flexible, Lee
