Hi All,

This week's WI = down 0.2 lbs.......Had a very hungry week and over ate my
points :(.  This only the 3rd time in about a year that I've felt this never
ending urge to eat extra.  I usually WI on Fridays, so by Sunday night, I've
usually ate all of my weekly 35 flex points..........unfortunately, by last
Sunday night I had eaten 10 over my weekly limit and was up approx. 3 to 4
lbs on the scale.

I really stuck to my program on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and
by Friday I had actually gone down 0.2 lbs.

I don't think I deserved it, but none the less, I was very happy and just
chalked this week up to just living the real world.

This week is going much better.

A loss is a loss no matter how large or small.  You deserved it because
four of your seven days you stuck to program.  I can actually eat quite
a bit over limit and still lose weight.

That is the problem with WI on Fryday as oppsed with Satyrday.  I will
have to watch that since I recently change my day from Sat to Fry.

Its still a great job.  You got back on track and that is an
acomplishment in its self.

Be well

Nice going Eddie!  0.2 is a loss and every bit you can get contributes to
the ultimate goal.
