up 3.4 more traveling and just ate what was there, honestly made pretty good
choices but not the best. Am sure much of this is because I didn't drink any
water to speak of, we will see what happens this week. We were at best
friend's house for 4 days so that was a big part of it. I hope you all had a
great week, Lee, who will be trying to catch up now

I know you'll get back on track. I am going out of town Friday through
Sunday and then again for the next two weekends. I wouldn't turn it
down. DH has a conference in Santa Barbara this weekend and the next
two involve my youngest child's college graduation. During the week at
home I try to be careful about what I eat. Contrary to the troll's
posts I eat little junk food. I cook fresh vegetables and love to cook
gourmet meals. Our Memorial Day dinner tonight will be grilled chicken
on the barbecue, fresh corn on the cob and fresh sauteed squash from our
garden. When we travel I tend to have wine with dinner, and just eat
larger portions. We eat at great restaurants so I can't blame it on
fast food. I take 2 water bottles with me in the car so I know I am
getting some water.

I follow a similar plan - being carful what I eat in the week(s) leading up
to any trip, taking water and apples with me and eating very little junk
food - not a staple in my regular diet. We eat at nice places and avoid
fast food.
Our MD dinner is oven "fried" bluegills that we caught this morning plus
some grilled shrimp and veggie kabobs I had planned in case we were skunked
on the lake.

Your weight is changing and stabilizing so it may take two weeks for a
loss.

for me I am a very slow loser but there is a pattern to each person's losses
and that can help when you figure it out, Lee
