Our friends were all out of town (or had family over) so my husband and I
decided to make our own Memorial Day meal for just the two of us.

We made a Flank Steak (I'll find the recipe for the marinade.. it was very
simple and YUMMY !!! cooked it in the George Foreman Grill.

Roasted veggies in the oven (our BBQ is huh... deceased).

We also had Smart ones Cookie dough dessert (frozen)

So all in all it was yummy AND healthy... it was truly delicious..

Only thing is, DH offered to get chips and goodies and I asked only for
yummy bread. No other goodies.. So he brought 2 little round bread... of
course we ate both.. *blush* but they were small....

Anyway.. all in all didn't even go over my pts and it was YUMMY!!!!

I have one of those Black and Decker steamer things that lets you put herbs
and such in while steaming so I use that for salmon with lots of dill,
rosemary, or orange rind.  Mostly I use the grill for salmon though.

we have had that steamer, we killed it from over use, the one we have now is
a triple Decker so you can do lots of food at once, I like it grilled also,

its outstanding, he put it in our electric steamer with some spices he
bought from Sam's, the lady doing the samples made little boats out of foil
and set them in an electric skillet and added water, the salmon steamed but
didn't get soggy, I really liked this as it was very fresh tasting, Lee
