I feel really dissapointed i did not any weight today.  Just stayed the
same. Agggh.  Hopefully next week I will report some loss

Falcon! no gain is a victory!!!!!!! don't beat yourself up!!!!  I went on a
pattern where I would lose great one week, then stay about the same or the
same for 2 weeks, then all of sudden have a big drop again!........You have
to stay positive and look at your 4 week average!  Give it
time.............slow is BEST!.......Hang in there!

Eddie's right.  hang in there and keep doing the counting, staying on
points/program, drinking enough, and exercising a bit, and it'll shift
eventually.  I've lost 63lbs in a series of gentle plateaux!

not gaining is not losing ground be proud you didn't gain, sometimes that is

Change the headed to "I did not gain"   That's very important

There have been weeks when no gain was all the best I could do.  Just
don't give up.
