Less than 150 pounds = 20 points
150-174 pounds = 22 points
175-199 pounds = 24 points
200-224 pounds = 26 points
225-249 pounds = 28 points
250-274 pounds = 30 points
275-299 pounds = 31 points
300-324 pounds = 32 points
325-349 pounds = 33 points
350 pounds or more = 34 points

No range. You should eat all your points everyday. No more, no less.
If you do happen to eat more there is always the 35 flex points to
call on.

The new plan doesn't have a range, you eat all of the points for your
range for that day. Plus you have a total of 35 points that you can use
or not use for that week.
Of course there are the activity points, but thats another story

If you lost your book, you can ask for a replacement at your center. Also,
the points ranges are in your tracker that you should receive each week at
weigh in.
