First of all. Thanks to everyone that answered my request for some food
ideas to take on the trip.  There were some awesome ideas.  Especially
the microwave, should have done that one years ago. :-)

You will notice from the date that I am back five days early.  You know
all of that flooding that is going on in the east?  Yup I was smack dab
in the middle of it.  Once, when I was a much younger puppy I went
winter camping in Oregon state in the Cascade Mountains.  On that trip
we were pulling dry wood out of the river. (Not an exaggeration, there
is a way)

Anyway, this trip was wetter.  They had to postpone the event because
it was clearly  an unsafe situation.  125,000 people were expected.

Most of my food got ruined so I was at the mercy of the event diet,
most of witch was not on the plan.  I weigh in this week and no matter
which way the numbers go at least it will be dry.

I did have plenty of exercise so that should help.

Anyway, I am soooooo very glad to be home and dry.

<<Hugs>> to all

I've been camping in the rain...  It's called festering within tent.
UGH!  EVERYTHING stinks of well used socks by the end of the weekend...

Sorry to hear your trip was a wash-out, but at least you are home and
dry.  And safe!  :)

One of the reasons I don't like camping!  Glad you're home safe.
