Lee,
I'm doing okay. I've been having trouble sticking to the program again, as
I have for a few years. On one day, off the next, etc., etc...I suppose
being OP once in awhile is better than not being OP at all!
I've pretty much been OP for three days now and I feel positive about it
all, so I'm doing my best to stick with it. One thing I have been reading
about lately is drinking skim milk and how it may curb the appetite. I have
been having three 8 oz. glasses per day. One before breakfast, one before
dinner and one in the evening about 8:00 when the munchies hit. Since doing
that my appetite does seem to be supressed somewhat. I've just bought
another 3 litres of organic skim milk and plan to continue and see what
happens on Monday - weigh in day. I'll post my results.

While on this trip I attempted to have skim milk at least in the morning and
at lunch. During the tournament I was working I had very little time to eat
and it really did help me not even notice I wasn't eating all day!
