That's pathetic.  The human body is capable of safely losing 6-10 pounds per
week.

You are another example of the fact that the WW program does not work.  It
trumpets
tiny amounts of weight loss and encourages members to lust after "treats".
Sad for members, great for WW's ability to retain paying members.

Control what you eat and stay away from treats.  Nature will lose the pounds
for you.

Low Fat Simple Salsa Fish

Ingredients

1 pound fresh or frozen, skinless orange roughy or red snapper
fillets, 1/2 to 1-inch thick
1/3 cup salsa
1 clove garlic, minced
1 14-1/2-ounce can vegetable broth
1 cup quick-cooking couscous
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion or coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
Lime or lemon wedges

Directions

1. Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish; pat dry. Set aside. In a small
bowl, combine salsa and garlic; set aside.
2. In a saucepan, bring broth to boiling. Stir in couscous; cover and
remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in onion.
3. Grease the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Place fish on rack.
Broil about 4 inches from the heat until fish flakes easily when tested with
a fork (allow 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness of fish). Turn
1-inch-thick fillets over halfway through broiling. Spoon salsa
mixture over fish; broil about 1 minute more or until salsa is heated
through.
4. Arrange fish on couscous mixture. Serve with lime wedges.

Makes 4 servings.

What did I do?  It was the other poster that used the profanity, not
me.  I can't take this group anymore.

I'm out of here.  Bye GG.  I said it first.

You take things so literally, you need to realize that was said in jest and
let it go.  If you leave the group, you are only doing a disservice to
yourself.    Also, announcing you are leaving is just a cry for attention
for people to beg you to stay.   If you plan on leaving, you do not have to
say a word, just leave, or if you like continue to lurk and learn and post
when you feel it is appropriate.

I knew that Lee was joking and that it wasn't intended for you.  Think
about what Debbie is saying.

I'm not sure what your problem is...Many in this group have done much to
make you feel more comfortable...From your first post you were
offended...Come on guy...Everyone's input is helpful...And trolls are easy
to ignore...There are many people here with a vast amount of information
which they each share in their own way..I'm sure some will beg you to
stay...I'm not one of them...You leave and it's your loss...I on the other
hand will continue to learn...Good luck...GG

Donna was upset so I wanted to make her laugh, sorry if I offended you or

Oh hell's bells, if we can't laugh, what do we have?

I thought it was right cute, myself.

A world without humor is a world without, well, humor!
