This is my first post at this forum. However, I've learned a lot during
the past months. I would like quickly share my success on how I managed
to lose some weight.

Last october I needed to go on a business trip to China. The trip was
business as well as vacation. I enjoyed the chinese culture and was
very welcomed everywhere I went. We had an extensive program and wanted
to see the great wall, go to shanghai as well as to xian. After the
first day I found myself not being very hungry despit the little bit of
airplane food I ate. The constant heat in Beijing made me drink water
constantly. The second day didn't start any different. I wasn't very
hungry and felt like I just ate. We had snacks during the day but I was
never hungry enough to eat a huge meal. But I drank a lot of water.
During my whole trip I felt the same. I didn't feel tired or exhausted.
To make a long story short. Once I came back to Canada I lost 12
pounds. I was very impressed and I realized small meals, exercise and
lots of water goes a long ways.

Since then I started a new website. Have a look: http://www.slimquick.eu

That's giving them the credit of being able to find their way to the weeds.

How true :)  I got that saying from an old radio show, I collect them,
called Lum and Abner from the 30's, 40's and early 50's.  They often
called somebody "a snake in the weeds".
