a while. Before that happens I would like too be at a healthier weight. I am
currently on ww winning points but I am thinking about switching too ww flex
program. What tips can you give me too help me make the transformation over
too the flex program? Also what tips can you give me for after I have my knee
operation too stay OP?

you should go to the first 12 meetings to get good solid instruction in
flex, and I can wish you the best of luck with the operation, welcome, Lee

If you cannot go to the meetings, try to use all the tools available.
Get a spiral notebook and use it as your tracker or use one of the on
line sites.  Write down everything you eat, water, fruits, vegetables
etc. just as if you were going to meetings.  Weigh yourself on the same
day each week.  Look on line for all of the info regarding calorie
content of what you eat.

You can lose weight even without a lot of exercise if you do not go over
your points for the week. Vary what you eat and have foods you like
available so you won't be tempted to go off the plan.  Don't get
discouraged.

Hi! Audrey and Lee

How are you both doing today? I use the ww board a lot as a reference and too
as questions. At times people on certain threads people can be will rude. I
must say so far everyone has made we feel so welcome here and have been very
supportive. I will appreciate that a lot. Do either of you know of any sites
that are helpful weight loss tools that I can use too follow the flex program?
Also info regarding calorie content of what you eat?

Thank you!

I am feeling very proud of myself as I am currently working on an oatmeal
recipe but it is only 90 percent done and is going to turn out excellent,
you can look in the welcome message for some good sites and if you google
you will get lots of hits, Lee

if you have the at home kit then you have all of the material, and you can
come here for support, read it carefully as they instruct, and keep very
careful track of your points, you will find that after a few weeks the foods
you eat will be second nature for you.  at first DH kept a list of often
eaten foods on the refrigerator, again, welcome and good luck, Lee

i guess every one said pretty much what i wanted to say.for instance
you need to cut down the diet that you actually have, go for more
nutritive food, fruits, low calories meals and no more fast foods and
sugary drinks.and maybe a little more stress on exercise will be
helpful.. go training yourself.for that you dnt need to have a gym
membership. you can always jog, run, do brisk walking or simple
routines at home... on the net you can search for easy reps.
