Lee Yup - the work at the moment is FANTASTIC! Lovely customers who have all (bar the bride) chosen silk dupions and crepes, in glorororororoious colours! :) Silk is just sooooh nice to work with! The one bride chose a good quality duchess satin, as it has to go with an acetate brocade fabric from her mother's wedding dress, and we needed the best colour match. You have no idea how many whites and ivories there are out there until you start trying to match one - especially in a different fibre from a different era! I've been bouncing between 60 and 63 gone since before Christmas! People say I LOOK slimmer, and I have lost an inch or two, but little weight. I think I'm just a leeeetle more toned due to the swimming. Ho hum! it ain't bad being this weight rather than any higher, but I think I've cracked it now!
