Please Explan Activity Points for Flex Plan?????

Can someone please explain to me the activity points for the flex plan.  My
daily points target is 24.

Basically, it's WW's way of saying, "If you exercise, you may eat more."
Food in, energy out. I personally don't worry with activity points, but a
lot of people do. If you use an activity point slider (which they will give
you after a certain amount of time), it helps you learn what activites
allow for extra intake without a weight gain. It's a tool to help you learn
good habits.
