Just wondering where RichardS is? I haven't seen any postings in a while :(

The last post I saw from Richard was in a thread entitled week 16. On
July 6, he said that he was out of here. Perhaps he is still reading
but I see no posts after that. I hope his weight loss is still going
well.

Ray stopped by not long ago, he seemed a little bummed about his W/L...

Hopefully he'll come back. I've always appreciated his input, whether I

hehe :)

I'm still here and yes im a bit down about my weight gain!
However I think the end of some of the problems may be in sight so
hopefully i'll be back on track soon. One weekend to get through and
then back on something like a sane diet.

We haven't heard from the original Ray recently. Which is a pity ços
his figures were awe inspiring. I wonder if he's still around?

Yes, I back tracked and found the thread where he left........I can't
understand why he was offended by your comment?

Don't beat yourself Lee, it wasn't your fault.

I tried to persuade him to stay, ...........we all tried our best to make
him feel welcome, but for some reason, he just felt like his postings where
ignored..........

I think it's unfortunate that he chose to leave because he is the one who
will miss out, not us.
