We went in and did our whole old routine, cardio, core, lower-body..

I'm tired and sore, but it's good tired and good sore..

I love to work out!

Too hot today to do cardio outside I'll have to think something up!

If you already have a road bicycle, you should consider getting a "bike
trainer" where you attach the rear wheel to it, so you can ride
indoors.  It can be a real inexpensive way to get cardio indoors
without having to spend hundreds of dollars on a cardio machine.  I
depend on this and a treadmill when it's just too hot to workout
outside.

If you have kids 50lbs or less, as i do, i've tried carrying one of
them and walking up and down the home stairs... great cardio and leg
workout!

Also as a last resort, jumping jacks are good too!... oh, and if you
have access to a pool, then swimming is an obvious choice!...

No excuse to not do cardio when it's hot out! :)

I always do cardio... I did at the gym this morning..

I usually add a little extra beside my "regular W/O" ..
