Lost 2.8 lbs - and I feel better already! :D  I am doing points and not
using but a few of my weekly extra points - pretty much staying at
points or 1 or 2 under.  :)  I'm not hungry at all - in fact I have to
usually force myself to eat all my points.

Good job!  Some people find that they lose better when they eat all of their
points and some or all weekly points, others not so much.  I do lose well
with my WAP's when I am exercising regularly.  If I get derailed by injury
or illness then it's strictly daily points only.

Thanks for the tips, everyone.  I have been eating around points this
week and over a few points  (into my weekly points) on a couple of
days.  My biggest challenge is getting the water in and the milk. :p
I'm excited to see what I weigh next Wed....

Hi -L!  I'm in my first week, too.  I only wish I had to force myself to get
all my points in!  Thank goodness I don't mind exercising.  Glad you're
feeling better.  So am I.  It's a change, though.  Good luck to you.  Hope
to see more posts from you.
