This week went BAD right from the start, but it was my own fault so here I
am back to where I was last weekend after an awful few days...

It all started Sunday evening when I was craving a bowl of macaroni,
so....made about a cup (cooked), ended up putting way too much butter on it,
then woke up Monday morning with pain from my gall bladder.  When I was
pregnant with my son in 2000 they found a stone during one of my many
ultrasounds, so I've known for the last 6 years that it was there, but this
is the first time it's bothered me.  I weighed in that morning anyway and
was up 4 lbs!  Spent the remainder of the week eating as little fat as
possible, now I'm feeling much better and the 4 lbs. plus a bit more is
gone!

So here it is...the weekend again and official WI on Monday, so I'll be
trying my best to stick to the program and hope for a nice loss on Monday.

We're having a HOT spell of weather here this week.  Temps are 31°C / 88°F
in the shade.  It is 8:00 am. here right now and is 23°C / 73.5°F outside
already.  We are near the ocean and usually get a nice breeze, but not this
week.  I hate trying to fall asleep in a warm room, even with the fan on it
felt hot!
