Fruits and veggies. All Bran cereal. All the low carb, low cal veggies I
eat keep me "going".
Yellow summer squash.
Zucchini.
String, wax and broad beans.
broccoli and cauliflower.
Spinach and turnip greens.
Asparagus.
Celery.
And a few carby fruits:
Apples, bananas, tomatoes and pears in small amounts.

Non or minimally processed foods. Fresh vegetables etc
Whole grain breads.
"All Bran" type cereals.
Fruit.
Drink lots of water!! 1.5 to 2.5L a day minimum.

Apples are the best, applesauce
is also good. Look for anything
with pectin in it.
Also, the remaining items in the BRAT
diet - bananas, rice (make it brown!) and
toast (whole grain!)

Thanks alot. I have been having lots of fruit and whole grain bread. I'll
try veggies & more water.
