I'm getting ready to re-start my WW program after a 2 year hiadus of
maintaining my weight.  My wife would like to join me, but for the life
of me, I can't remember how to figure out how many points per day we
should be eating.

I still have some of my books from when I first joined, but those just
show the points of food eaten, not how many we need to shoot for.

Any ideas?

its totally based on your weight, so we need that to figure it, you could
also look in the welcome notice as I believe it is there, welcome and good
luck, Lee

I still have my little leather binder, but don't see a welcome notice
in there or anything that lays out how many points to shoot for.  I
started on the FlexPoints system, but did the "At Home" version, so I
honestly can't remember how I first figured out how many points were
allowed.

Anyway, I'm currently 225 and my wife is about 190.

they don't do it very often.

It should be in your week one booklet.  Take a look and see if it is there.

According to the weekly journal I have you are at 28 points for 225 but at
26 points for 200-224 and your wife would be at 24 points for 190.

I was going by the older 1-2-3 Success booklet.
