As in really sick for at least, the last month. Ever since I got back from the camping trip that got rained out. I have suffered from various depression symptoms. Sleep, motivation, exercise, diet... the whole range. Hopefully I am coming out of it. To add to the mix or maybe the cause, I also came down with a major infection. Missed a couple of weeks of work. Miss the folks here.... Weight stats, me thinks I was like a yo yo. Weighed in this a.m. at at 281.7 I need to look back at where I was.. Anyway, just checking in. Ralph Welcome back Ralph.
