Last week I gained .8 this week I lost 4.2. A great 2 week average. What
am I doing different.... *embarrassed to say, but will* I'm journaling and
it was the best time of the month for me to loose. The next few weeks will
be a little harder, but I'm determined to keep journaling. Quit fiddling
foolin around and get going with WW.
Breakfast
1 ounce of Barbara's Cinnamon Puffins 1 point
1 big a.s banana (sorry I bought the smallest ones , but according to the WW
book they are BIG) 2 points
Homemade Latte' 2 points
5 point yummy breakfast on the go.

Yes, people at the meeting will ask "What are you doing?" like I've found a
miracle pill. I;m just doing the program as written in the 1 week book.
Amazingly it works. haha A leader a few weeks ago was saying something and
I wish I'd written it down ... something about 20% and 80% the way the
program is designed. Something like it's designed to work if you follow it
at least 80% of the time. If you're in the 80% to 100% range you will be
successful. Willow does this sound familiar?

I was relieved to hear that, because I use to think I had to do the program
perfect or it wasn't going to work. Then the weeks I had slip ups and still
lost weight I thought wow I really dodged a bullet. Now I'm thinking I
probably was OP 80% of the time and was doing just fine. Not that I'm going
to slack off and do 80% on purpose, but thought WW is so smart to plan the
program according to how life really is.

We're not shooting for perfection but for persistence.
You FAR better do it 80% of the time forever, than 100% of the time for 3
days, 2 weeks or even a month...

WTG Lynne, yes thats what i did too, makea big difference and then you can
see what you are doing wrong, if anything
