i was making a pot of garden veggie soup and i wanted to add pepper and
salt. I opened the little flap on the pepper can and did a healthy
Shake-Shake-Shake, well...i thought i'd opened the side with the little
holes but it was the big giant whole and i dumped a whole lotta pepper in
there LOL
i tried to skim out what i could but boy is this still peppery pepper garden
veggie soup now LOL
tell me black pepper increases the metabolism or something!!

Actually a small study done at Oxford the 80's showed some spicy foods
including Chile peppers boosted the metabolic rate...So enjoy...I really
love spicy foods I use habaneras all the time....Nothing can be to spicy
for me...GG
