up .4 not bad considering the nice loss I had last week, everything is going
along fine and I am getting used to at least recognizing when I am no longer
starving.  it seems that know where full is may well be able to be learned,
have a great week, Lee

Learning to recognize the body's signals is a great NSV!  Keep learning and
hang in there.

part of the reason I am sticking with core right now is because it seems to
me that I need to work on this area and at least while I am I am eating
healthier, if I do someday manage to get to goal I will have nothing to keep
me there if I don't learn this, and if after a reasonable amount of time I
figure out I can't learn it then I already know before playing with it after
goal, thanks Lee

Hi Lee..........I'm struggling with the same problem........I guess my
problem is that I used to be such a big eater....finding that "full" point
is quite difficult....

Up 0.4 is nothing .......obviously, you seem to be getting a pretty good
handle on it........Good for you!!!

Hang in there!

I seem to have "starving"  I have the shakes" and I am stuffed" so it is a
struggle, I don't eat when bored or binge or any of that, I like flex
because it is an external structure of "enough" so I can rationalize not
eating more but I started thinking that I need to try and figure out if I
can find an "enough button" before trying to maintain, Lee

Down .8, so not bad at all, today's NSV is that we made killer chicken
noodle soup and I had two reasonable bowls, then decided to wait 45 minutes
to see if I wanted more, it tasted so good I was unsure if it was hunger or
taste driving me to want more, the time just passed and as much as I wanted
to eat another bowl I could not honestly say I was still hungry so no more
soup for me, Lee, hoping you all have a great week.

Good loss.  For the past two weeks I've lost .6 each week.  It's so easy
to want a greater loss but the small ones add up too.

Not only that, but I consider it a victory when I show period.  There
are a lot of times when I don't.

one of the things I promised myself is that I wouldn't skip unless it was
due to illness or similar, that covers me and DH as he is the one who drives
me, there have been a couple of times he was to ill to drive me and a couple
of times he insisted when I thought he was to ill, Lee

Sounds great...Good chicken soup is like a warm hug from grandma...It goes
to the very soul...I see my grandmother at the stove...Very pleasant
thought...Being aware of your fullness is also a very pleasant thought...And
just another sign why you continue to succeed...GG

thanks, you are so right about grandma... it has really been a struggle to
work on when I am full and has definitely slowed the losing process but I do
think it will be better in the long run to learn this now, Lee
