Up 0.6 this week.  Not discouraged.  I had been weighing in only in shorts
all summer and today was the day I made the switch to long pants.  I think
that had something to do with it.

I also have to admit that although I was doing CORE this week, I did go
slightly over my weekly flex points.

All in all, it was a good week.  This week will be better..............once
I get through Saturday night's wedding that we've been invited to
............Ya, it's Italian on both sides, so at least I know what to
expect food wise.

Though for the week we given today, "Act like a postage stamp - stick to one
thing until you arrive at your destination".

I've been going through the same thing.  I refuse to change though.
Been showing up to meeting in the usual shirt and tee shirt and will
continue to till I break lifetime in 3 weeks.  Don't care how cold it
gets!  Something tells me everybody there understands anyway.

Thanks Joe! I thought about wearing my usual shorts, but hey, I figured I'd
have to give in sooner or later............I think if I was in your
position, I might hold out for 3 weeks as well :)............Hope there's no
snow in the forecast soon! burrrrrrrrrrrr!

I wore the same thin cotton dress and thongs (flip flops) for weigh in for
19 months, in the colder months I would wear a pair of sweat pants and a
jacket and strip them off at the scales.

Caused much amusement amongst my fellow WW'ers.

My leader made me promise to never wear it again once I hit goal (it's far
too large anyway)

Well, I got through the wedding with mixed feelings...........

I overate the hors d'oeuvres (too many mini pirogues and spring rolls), but
I was pretty good for the rest of the meal!..........They had prosciutto
and melon with boconchini and olives, then a small piece of lasagna, then
veal marsala with mushrooms, potatoes and green and yellow beans, then
chicken cordon blue with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce
served on the side, then shrimp and scallop skewers with vegetable rice and
salad with oil and vinegar dressing.  We finally finished off with vanilla
ice cream filled strawberry crepe suzette.  I stayed away from the broccoli
cheese sauce and the vegetable rice and also the bread and butter
rolls..........but the rest I enjoyed in moderation..........I guess I'll
have the rest of week to work it all off at the gym?...........had a great
time though!

All in all, it was a typical Italian wedding...........Thank God I didn't
stay long enough for the late night buffet with sweets, fruit, cakes and
pizza!!!!

Unfortunately, we have another wedding with similar menu next week as
well..........!!! But they are having a seafood and antipasto bar setup from
5pm to 6pm before the meal!...........I think I will arrive at about 6:15pm
just to make sure that I miss it :(

There are way to many topics in this thread.  From thongs to Italian
weddings.

I do like butt-floss comment.  Good for the eyes, don't you know.

I am powerless for thongs and my life is unmanageable.

wiggle when she wears them that is interesting to men...
