We had a real complete work out today, together with cardio, weights, core
and everything.
Felt great, didn't kill myself but worked hard enough to feel it, we're
planning on going again tomorrow. We enjoyed it, which we hadn't for a
while, so I guess a break was needed..
I'm looking for new ressources, new ideas, we go to the gym in the morning,
are planning on walking in the evenings (more for the fresh air and time
together than for fitness but still)...
Tomorrow I'm planning on going to a Yoga class. Haven't been in one in a
long time.. hoefully I can keep up..
