Went to the gym again this morning, we did cardio only since we did Core
training along with lower body yesterday.

We went a little later today, and it worked just fine, we came in "in
between the two "crowds" so we could have machines right away!

Plan is to go early on monday, wednesday, and friday to do cardio and
weights (upper body, lower body), and on tuesday, thursday and sunday go a
little later and do cardio and core training.

That way we don't burn ourselves out by getting up too early every morning,
we've got saturday as a pyjama day (I love those!) and we still stay
consistant.

We've been working out, but are struggeling with making it a consistant
routine.

Now I'm not working anymore, DH's game is done (it's been an insane summer!)
sanity can return !

Not there yet.

That is always a good plan.

My downfall: the dreaded burnout.  Pajama day, Ive got that downpat.

Don't we all.

Any plans to return to work or have you retired early?  :-)

I'm only 32!!! Hehehe

Actually, I've decided to stop putting my energy everywhere while going
nowhere. I'm a highschool teacher, and in 4 years haven't had the time to
get my credentials all figured out so I can teach here. So I've all but quit
WW (which is fun, but really not paying), and am studying to pass my CBEST
test so I can teach here. That's in December. After that, I want to start
subbing as fast as possible (we'll be starve for money by then) and of
course land a teaching position as soon as my credentials come through (May
I hope).

I'm not deceiving myself, getting a full time position will be hard, but
long times contracts are coming out regularly so there's hope.

I miss working with teenagers, I miss their energy and to be honest, I miss
the salary. Teachers aren't making millions by any means, but it's a better
living than WW!

I am on the other coast. Myrtle Beach, SC

Teachers here make a roaring 18,000 - 24,000.  Cal has to be better
than that, even allowing for cost of living.

How do Leaders in WW last 10 or more years.  Their spouse?
Independently wealthy and don't need the money?

Any way back to exercise, what is meant by core?

Core training is abs, back, hips, shoulders.

Full time leader who sells a lot will make money, but you've got to have
huge meetings, and sell a lot..

A lot of leaders are retired people too.. who made a living and are just
supplementing with WW

Willow, I know exactly what you mean.  I do after school tutoring at a
local  high school. It's a very part time job but I love working with
the kids. Once you pass the CBEST, you'll be able to sub.  It's
important to go after your dreams.

2 days before I left Canada I was offered a full time permanent position
teaching 20th century to graduating student... my dream...

I turned my back on that to move out.. I don't regret it.. but.. I'm a
teacher, a good one.. I don't want to lose that.
