Well, here I am, back to give it another try.  Have been OP since Monday and
have even begun taking yoga classes.  First one was last night and I really
enjoyed it.  Did all my local errands yesterday on foot and left the car in
the parking lot.

Has anyone ever tried the President's Choice brand of Mediterranean Chicken
Breast.  There is also a Cajun Spice one.  Anyway, the Mediterranean one is
awesome and only about 4 points per piece.  I had one piece in my lunch
yesterday on top of a green salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
dressing, then had another with half a baked potato before yoga class.  For
anyone in Canada, I bought them at Extra Foods in the frozen section.  Next
time I go shopping I will be getting the Cajun Spice.

Thanks for the welcome back.  As a matter of fact we're having the chicken
for dinner
tonight.

Hi Brenda,

Glad you back.  I haven't tried the President's Choice chicken because I
prefer to make my own, but I have tired the lean burgers in the
summer.............they were really good for only 6 points.  I purchase 1
point buns in the U.S. and together I can have a hamburger for only 7 points
instead of 10 or more for usual burger.

I'll have to look next time I'm shopping and see if they have the burgers

Hi, Brenda, Good for you for being OP.  I can't do yoga anymore due to knee
problems but when I could do it, I loved it.
Hugs,
Catherine
