oh well up 1.4 again, I simply didn't eat enough or right, I am aware of
this, I had about 15 wpa left and that was too much for last week, this week
it is still 12, and I am going to eat them today, and also try and eat a
couple a day during the week to get rid of this overage, have a great week.

This weeks NSV, I am actually learning to stop eating before stuffed, not
sure if I am aware of satisfied but am now able to stop before "explode"

This weeks challenge; a 4 day trip where DH won't be driving so we will be
having some adult beverages and good food with a DF then the last half is a
business meeting with a banquet, Lee

Oh, Lee, sorry about the gain.  It's good that you're aware of where you are
and what you need to do.  Good luck with your challenging trip.  Take care.

because of the way I have dieted in the past and the medications I took for
my eyes as a child and young adult I have the worlds slowest and most
efficient metabolism, if I don't eat enough I flip immediately into
starvation mode and I even gain, I left over about six wpa and ten activity
points and that was enough to do it, Lee

I know what you mean........my metabolism is extremely slow......that's why
I've been concentrating on trying to get it up by interval training or
maintaining a steady high heart rate while on the treadmill.........I'm
still too heavy to really push it, but every little bit helps!

and as to the adult beverages, we drink rarely but these 2 meetings a year
are two of those occasions, Lee

you would drink if you had to attend *these* meetings and deal with *these*
people, I hate crowds, am not fond of other blind people and their winey
ways, even most professionals and the two together is almost more than I can
stand, Lee

we stopped at a liquor store yesterday during our travels, man I tell you we
both got some sticker shock, its been over five years since we've bought
booze, except for some wine... man no wonder people who over drink are thin,
no money for food!!! Lee
