Went shopping today.

Bought CHOCOLATE coloured shoes to go with my CHOCOLATE coloured clothes
that I'm making!  I've lost so much weight that I now own TWO pairs of
high heeled shoes, one of boots and one of sandals!  No, I didn't buy
them all today, and yes, I still have several pairs of flatties as well!
 I'm not totally nuts!  ;)

My boots are slack.  I need a second pair of insoles in them to take up
the extra space to stop my feet sliding about in them!  I still have
very WIDE feet (I always did, always will!), but now they are SKINNY
wide feet!  And my boots are in need of help.  My toes feel slightly
rubbed and bruised from the sliding about.

I needed bras again.  :(  The dreaded bra shopping...  But this time I
bought FOUR in one fell swoop, and paid £38 for the lot!  AND they are
all 32DD's!  Yay!  Almost normal!  When I was up at my top weight, I
needed 38F's, and paid up to £30 a shot for them, so being back at the
little end of the market at last is magic.  Mind you, I don't think I'll
ever make it back into a B or C cup...  Whoo hoo!  Altering patterns to
fit a huge pair of boobs is a right royal pain in the tits, so having to
do less of that is a big bonus!

I bough 2.5 kilos of Belgian dark chocolate to make the Christmas
goodies...  I have NOT opened the bag for a nibble.  I bought a tiddly
bar of Green & Blacks chocolate for James: I declined a munch of that.
I have yet to open my box of Celebrations from the cinema last Sunday,
though as I have only eaten 12 points out of a possible 18 (plus 2
exercise points from walking about doing the shopping), that may change...

I'm doing OK on the points so far this week: yesterday was a bit of a
piggy day: I need to add it up properly, but I think I may have gone
over the maintenance level (23 points).  Not to worry: there's enough
slack in today to cope with that if I have.

Good luck to all of you in the coming week.

Ah, bra shopping.  I will never understand why when I find a style that I
love that fits in all the right places, the manufacturer immediately stops
making that style.  Grr...

I'm glad you're getting to where you want to be.  Such discipline with that
chocolate!  I love Belgian dark chocolate.  I read in WW magazine that 1oz
of dark chocolate only sets you back 4 points.  I wonder if there's a place
I could buy it 1 oz at a time...

Take care, Kate.  You're doing great!

my DH says has not paranoid but that the microphone in the living room hears
you like it or it fits, so they stop making it so they can hear you wail
about it, Lee

I always have that problem too!  This time it played in my favour...
Last time I went bra shopping in M&S they had NOTHING that fit, even
though they had a dozen style in 'my' size...  This time I got the 4
cheapest out of a whole bundle of 9 or 10 that fitted reasonable well!
:)  I wonder if I'm going to change size again soon, or if I should just
pop in next month and pick up a few more in the styles that turn out to
be the most comfortable...

Thanks.  I FEEL great this week, on the weight side!  The fibro has been
playing up, so I hurt, but that's a different matter!
